Wordaire: Word Solitaire - Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-10
Who we are
Wordaire: Word Solitaire (the "Game") is a mobile word puzzle game published by BooblycTD ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game processes, why, and what rights you have. Contact: fedyadanilov@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Device and app identifiers: advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), app-instance ID, device model, OS version, language, app version.
- Attribution data: how you found the Game (install source, ad campaign), used to measure our marketing.
- Approximate location: country/region derived from your IP address. We do not access precise GPS location.
- Gameplay and usage events: levels played, progress, settings, sessions, ad interactions, in-game purchases of virtual items.
- Crash and diagnostics logs: crash reports, performance data, error traces.
- Purchase information: handled by the app store (e.g. Google Play); we receive confirmation of a purchase, not your payment card details.
- Locally stored data: your progress and settings are stored on your device.
Why we use data and legal bases (GDPR)
- To provide and operate the Game, restore purchases and save progress (performance of a contract).
- To keep the Game stable and secure through crash reports and diagnostics (legitimate interest).
- To understand how the Game is used and improve it, via analytics and remote configuration (consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest).
- To show advertising, measure it and limit fraud, including personalised ads (consent).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
The Game may use the following services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing
- Unity Gaming Services (Unity Analytics, Unity Diagnostics)
- Homa Games SDK (publishing partner: analytics, A/B tests, remote configuration, ad mediation)
- Adjust (install attribution and measurement)
- GameAnalytics (game analytics)
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
- AppLovin MAX and the ad networks mediated through it (when ads are enabled)
- Google AdMob
- Meta (Facebook SDK: app events, install attribution)
- Google User Messaging Platform (consent form, when used)
The Game is published in cooperation with Homa Games SAS (Paris, France). Through the Homa SDK, device and app identifiers (including the advertising ID), approximate location, device information, gameplay, ad-interaction and purchase events are shared with Homa Games and with the measurement and advertising partners listed above (Adjust, GameAnalytics, Meta, and AppLovin and its ad networks when ads are enabled) to analyse and improve the Game, measure marketing, show and measure ads and prevent fraud. These providers may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies. Ad networks mediated through AppLovin MAX may include AdMob and others; the current list is available in the AppLovin documentation. Local notifications (e.g. reminders) are generated on your device and do not send data to us; you can disable them in system settings.
Consent and your choices
On the first launch the Game asks for your consent with two choices: Analytics & measurement (Homa, Adjust, GameAnalytics, Meta app events) and Personalised ads. Nothing is pre-selected under Manage choices, and you can accept all, reject all or choose. Third-party analytics and attribution SDKs are not started before you agree; if you decline personalised ads, any ads shown are non-personalised. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the Game under Settings, Privacy settings. In some builds a consent form provided by our partners (Google UMP / IAB TCF) may be shown instead. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings, Google, Ads.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it. Ads are not personalised for users known to be children.
Retention
Analytics and diagnostics data are kept by the providers for a limited period (typically up to 14 to 26 months) and then deleted or anonymised. Game progress is stored on your device until you uninstall the Game.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for advertising, and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal data for money. Sharing advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data with our partners for personalised advertising may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA; you can opt out by declining personalised ads in the Game or limiting your advertising ID. To exercise your rights or request deletion, e-mail fedyadanilov@gmail.com or follow the steps on our data deletion page; we respond within 30 days. Because we do not hold account data, we may ask for your advertising ID to find your records.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be reflected in the Game or on this page.
