Covers the Booblyc TD mobile app downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store. The browser version played on game portals has its own policy.
Booblyc TD is a tower-defense card game, the sequel to the "Incursion" series. The person responsible for the game and for this policy is Fedir Danylov (Booblyc).
The short version: the game has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or phone number. Your progress is stored on your device. To show ads, process purchases and understand how the game is played, the app uses services from Google, Apple and a few analytics and advertising companies. They receive technical data such as your device's advertising ID, device model, IP address and in-game events. The game shows the policy at first launch, and asks you to accept it before any of these services start.
Levels, cards, in-game currency, settings and your chosen in-game nickname are saved in the app's private storage on your phone. They are not sent to us.
The game creates a random ID that is not tied to your name, email or device. It is stored in your save. It is sent to our promo-code service when you redeem a code (see section 6), and on Android it is used as the user ID in Google Analytics for Firebase, so that one player's sessions can be counted as one player.
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, a copy of your save is stored in your own Google Play Games "Saved Games" space, so that your progress survives a new phone or a reinstall. Google holds this copy under your Google account; we cannot read it.
These companies process data from the app as independent providers under their own privacy policies. The data they receive is technical: advertising ID (Android Advertising ID; on iOS the app does not ask for tracking permission, so the IDFA is not shared), device model and OS version, language and country, IP address, app version, and in-game events such as "level started", "level won", "purchase made" or "ad watched".
| Service | Why | Platform |

| Firebase Cloud Messaging | Part of the notifications library; the game itself only schedules local reminders (section 6) | Android |
| GameAnalytics | Game analytics and balance: level progress, economy, errors | Android |
| Google Play Games Services | Sign-in, cloud save, achievements, leaderboards | Android |
| Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase | Processing purchases | Android / iOS |
| Appodeal | Measuring how players who installed the game from an advertising campaign play and return to it (the app does not show Appodeal ads) | Android |
| AppsFlyer | Install attribution: which ad campaign, if any, brought an install | Android |
| Meta (Facebook SDK, app events only) | Measuring installs and in-app events from Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns. There is no Facebook login | Android |
Their policies: Google · Apple · GameAnalytics · Appodeal · AppsFlyer · Meta
The game shows only rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. They are served by Google AdMob. Google may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads and to measure them. You can limit this at any time: on Android in Settings → Google → Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID), on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Purchases go through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card number, billing address or account details — the game only receives a confirmation of which product was bought, so it can grant it. Purchase events (product and price) are also reported to the analytics services above. Refunds go through Google or Apple.
The app does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It has no chat and no social login. We do not sell personal data.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and at first launch it asks players to confirm their age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and data about them should be removed, contact us and we will help.
The legal basis for the processing above is your consent at first launch and our legitimate interest in running and improving the game. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access or delete data about you, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.
Because the game has no accounts, we cannot find "your" data by name or email. The steps in How to delete your data reach the data where it is actually held; for anything else, email us and we will work it out with you.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
